We start with a quick questionnaire about your role, industry, and where your portraits will live. You’ll receive a wardrobe + prep guide so you arrive confident and ready.
2. Shoot
Jamie directs you through natural poses and expressions, showing you images on the back of the camera as you go so we can adjust together until you love what you see.
3. Select & Shine
You’ll choose favorites either during your session or via an online proofing gallery. Retouched images are delivered within 5 business days, ready to drop into LinkedIn, resumes, and websites.

As a general rule, solid colors, minimal patterns, and tailored layers photograph best. You’re welcome to bring several options and we’ll decide together on the day of your session.
Do you offer hair and makeup?
Yes. I partner with trusted hair and makeup artists who specialize in camera-ready looks that still feel like you. You can add professional styling to any package, or I can provide a curated list of artists you can book directly.
I’m not photogenic and feel awkward. Can you help?
Absolutely—that’s my job. You’ll get step-by-step coaching on posture, angles, and micro-expressions. I’ll show you images as we go so we can adjust together and make sure you’re genuinely happy before we wrap.
Can you photograph my whole team or company?
Yes. I regularly create consistent headshots for leadership teams and full organizations, either on-site at your office or in studio. Tell me your team size and timing in the form above, and I’ll share a custom quote and logistics plan.
What is your rescheduling and cancellation policy?
Life happens. Sessions can be rescheduled once with 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 7 days of your session may forfeit the retainer, but I’ll always do my best to work with you if unexpected conflicts arise.
